Core library I've used extensively throughout my career to architect and deliver complex, interactive user interfaces.

Solidjs

Used in a side project that allows sharing of users bank account data. Sellected due to it's different approach to reactivity and to increase knowledge.

Elixir

Used over the last 5.5 years at General Bioinformatics as well as side projects (Society organisation, This site) and a startup (Voice Swap). Selected due to it's great fault tollance story and it's fantastic "ORM"; Ecto.

GraphQL

Used over the last 5.5 years at General Bioinformatics as well as side projects (Society organisation). Selected due to it's rigged schema and its ability to power generic scientist-friendly UIs.

Kubernetes, Kustomize

All General Bioinformatics infrastructure ran on Kubernetes (AWS). It was selected as it allows services to be strictly defined as YAML and enables dynamic scaling.

Gitlab, Flux

All General Bioinformatics projects had a full CICD. Gitlab selected as our repos where hosted on our own infrastructure.

Rust

Used a little at General Bioinformatics, as well as a couple of side project (Budgeting app). Selected due to it's low level performance and emerging front end framework story.

Leptos

Used in a side project (Budgeting app). Selected due to it's similar aproach to reactivity as solidjs.

Postgres

Used extensively throughout my career. Used due to it's being the defactor open source database.

SQLite

Used in side project (Budgeting app, Society organisation). Selected due to it's simplicity and ease of hosting.

SurrealDB

Used in side project (Bank sharing). Selected due to it's ability to be a BaaS and it's ability to run locally (in browser)

Phoenix

Used at General Bioinformatics and side projects (Society organisation) and a startup (Voice Swap). The defacto Elixir web framework.

Java

Used historically in my career (Airline portals) and primary language at University. Selected due to it's write once run anywhere marketing at the time.

Python

Used at General Bioinformatics.
